Job Overview Under general supervision, provides one-on-one behavioral interventions with children, youth and/or adults receiving specialty mental health services in the client's home/residential placement/school or during community outings; performs related work as 
assigned. 
Education Qualifications Experience 
  • High School diploma
  • Minimum of a year experience completing administrative tasks such as
  • Strong communication skills: excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to handle inquiries, address concerns, and provide excellent customer service
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize workload, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Have strong time management skills to meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software
  • Be able to multitask
  • Have excellent problem-solving skills
  • Be able to work independently and within a team
Training Requirements Family First Mental Health orientation: Rule 132 Service Definition OIG Rule 50 
First Aid/CPR, HIPAA, Client Rights, 
Confidentiality, Mandated Reporter, Health and Safety, Cultural Competency, Workplace Violence and Safety, Waste, Fraud & Abuse 
Responsibilities and Duties 
  • Uphold HIPPA regulations and agency policies at all times
  • Create consumer and staff files
  • Assist Human Resources and Utilization Management staff to complete   administrative tasks
  • Running consumer insurances twice a month (1st and 15th of every month)
  • Directing visitors to the appropriate person or department.
  • Answering questions about the business, policies, or procedures.
  • Welcoming guests with a friendly and professional attitude.
  • Managing a multi-line phone system, answering calls, and routing them appropriately.
  • Accurately recording and relaying messages.
  • Sending and responding to emails.
  • Facilitating communication within the office.
  • Managing calendars, booking meetings, and coordinating schedules.
  • Receiving, sorting, and distributing mail and packages.
  • Maintaining accurate records of visitors, calls, and other relevant information.
  • Performing basic data entry tasks.
  • Maintaining organized filing systems.
  • Monitoring and replenishing office supplies.
